How to make super fast metabolism?!
Question: How to make super fast metabolism!?
I have reached my goal in my weight!. 5'11 at 137lbs!.
However whenever I eat more than 2000 calories!. I feel like I'm gaining weight and I workout like crazy to burn calories!.
However, some of my friends are very lean too but they eat like 5000 calories a day and don't gain weight at all!. So not fair!!!
They aren't bulmic or anything!.
Is there a way I can do this too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

to help increase your metabolism, there are a variety of things that are proven to speed up your metabolism:
1!. drink green tea
2!. eat spicy stuff (not recromended!. makes you break-out in zits)
3!. being very warm
4!. excercising (so that your very warm!. this also helps lose weight!. it's 2-in-1! )

have 1500 calories or 4-6 small meals a day
