I know this sounds bad, and was possibly a bad decision but how harmful could it!
Question: I know this sounds bad, and was possibly a bad decision but how harmful could it have been!?
So, I am an 18 year old male!. I work out every day and try to keep my body fat under 10% to keep my six pack showing!. Well, I do this by running 25 minutes every other day!.
Now here is what happened!. I will first state, I've never done this before and don't intend to ever do it again!. I am just confessing because I don't want to get any depression out of it =)
I went to cumberland farms because I had no food in my apartment at all!. When I got there, everything in the snack isle looked SOOO good!. So I picked up a 2 cheese stroodle buns, a small apple pie, two orange cup cakes and a gatorade and went to tooowwnn!. Now after I did this (approx 3!.5k calories) I was like WOW there goes my abs!.!.!. So I went to the bathroom and decided, if I were to throw up, it would be healthier than to take on that 3!.5k calorie mess I just ate!. Since I do not plan on doing that ever again, was I right or wrong in doing this!? lol it's not as if I am bulimic!. I really think it was healthier to toss it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah you don't need all that crap in your system anyway!. Just eat healthy to begin with!.
Just don't make a habit of it!. If you do, your body (and brain) chemistry will change, and it will be bad, bad, bad!.

wow!.!.!. you probably would have been better off just running an extra 10 minutes a couple times to make up for it!. I am glad to hear you never plan of this again!. It is ok to indulge once in a while! you work very hard on your body, and it is ok to treat yourself in moderation!. Try rewarding yourself with something sweet (and way under the 3!.5K mark!) once weekly, and then you won't have the desire to binge like that!. And if anything like this happens again and you feel you have over-done it, just drink a couple big glasses of water, and see what happens!. you will most likely not gain a thing!. Now, if you do this often, you will def put it on, but once is ok!. It was not smarter to induce vomiting, you could really bring on bulemia this way!. Wow!.!.!.!.look ive had those days too!. You should ever puke it out or anything, crap happens!. One day of doing that is not going to ruin all your hard work!. Did you know it take just as long as you to lose your muscle as it took for you to gain it!? Its not a big deal next time when you crave everything is sight just take a few items go home and eat it!. First off, body fat under 10% sounds too low!. You are obviously restricting your diet far too much!. Your binge is evidence of that!. Live a little!. What would be wrong with eating just ONE of those snacks!? It would've been okay!.
