No not really but im not a butt expert but I can tell you that you can burn ore fat on your butt with weight lifting while doing squats!. helps alot but if you want to fix your butt just do simple exercises your body can handle!. Well bye go to go to bed, live in KoreaWww@Answer-Health@Com
no it will slim them down and make them more flexible!. note no one wants you to really no this but its true you dont need weights to slim those thighs!. just use body weight and your all set!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
