Calorie issues! HELP?!
Question: Calorie issues! HELP!?
Well i had been on a 1,200-1,500 calorie diet for a week and then had a cheat day on Friday!.!.then saturday i had about 1,000 calories (all healthy) and today i had so far 780 calories!. I will bring it up to 1,200 or so today, and then tomorrow do my regular breakfast/lunch/small healthy dinner which probably will add up to 1,250 calories!. If i keep up my 1,200-1,500 calorie diet, do 1 hour or more of cardio everyday, and 15-20 minutes of ab/side work can i lost 10-15 pounds by June 12th!?
I am 5'9, 133 pounds and female!.
Any tips on how i can lose it faster!?

Honestly 5,9 and 133 pounds is a perfect body to me i think you should stay there no need to get lower!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
