Help on teen weight loss?
Hi I'm 13 and I feel I weigh a little more than I should. I weigh roughly between 115-120 lbs. and I want to drop down to 110 naturally. If I were to ask my parents on what to do to lose the weight they'd put me in therepy. So I've googled and everything with no results.I don't care how long it takes I just need advice on what to do to lose the weight. And no, anorexia is not an option!

Read the book The Diet for Teenagers only and it will tell you everything you want to know. You can either buy it or see if your library has it.
