How long after eating should I do my workout?!
Question: How long after eating should I do my workout!?
The best time I can get to the gym is in the morning around about 10am!. If I eat breakfast at 8am, how long should I wait before working out!? Or is it ok to work out straight after you've just eaten!? And how long until after you've worked out, can I eat again!? TaWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends more on the workout!. If your workout does not involve heavy lifting, you are OK!. If it does, I prefer to watch what I eat before I go, so acid indigestion doesn't start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
