Question: What is a good diet!?
Many people say im ridiculous when i say i want to go on a diet because im not fat to them, but i think i need to loose a few pounds what good diet can i go on that i will be able to stick to and will keep me heatlthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first one I lost 50 lbs in 8 weeks and continued losing til I got to my ideal weight and I have kept it off for years!. I feel healthy and have lots of energy!. what a coincident, me too! my friends all say i'm thin, but i think i'm fat, so i'm trying to lose some pounds now!.
anyway, eat healthily so eat veggie, fruits and lean (chicken, meat)!. oh and drink plenty of water! cut out the fatty food, so no candy, pizza, pop, chocolate etc!. from time to time you can have a 'cheat' day!.

There are some good tips on healthy weight loss listed on this site!. Every day they add new tips!. There is a link at the top to subscribe to the feed of the site!. It will email you new tips as they are posted to the site!. It's very informative!

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!.
