Question: How can I supercharge my weight loss!?
First off wohoo! I have lost 12lbs, it's taken since Feb!. but it has taken a LONG time! Ok anyways, I really wanna lose inches off those problem areas and get toned! I already am eating healthy, I have re-portioned, EVERYTHING I eat, I also exercise (curves) and I play on my Wii (Dancing With The Stars, and Wii Sports) am I already doing good and just super excited or am I not doing enough!? I AM trying!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depending on how much you have to lose a 1 or 2 pound weight loss is what can be expected i n a healthy weight loss plan!. Men and younger people lose quicker than adult women!. Middle aged and older people lose slower than younger adults!. Depending on your height 148 is not bad!. 140 to 145 pounds is OK for 5'-10" woman for example!. The average woman is about 5'-4" to 5'-6" and the average weight should be from 110 pounds to 125 pounds depending on body type and age!. Don't try to lose your weight too fast, you don't have that much more to lose so it will be fairly slow going!. Expect to lose a pound or less a week!. Look at it this way a pound of butter is 4 sticks, pick that up and look at it and you will realize how much that really is!.
