Lower leg raises:
Lay on your back and put your hands under your butt, lift your legs1/2'' off the floor and raise them up over your hips and tighten your abs while you push your feet up bringing your butt off the ground, slowly come back down and lower your legs back to 1/2'' off the ground and repeat!. Or you can do them on an incline!.

Hanging leg raises:
Find a place where you can hang onto something feet off floor, contract your abs and lift your legs straight in front of you, lower legs back down and repeat!.

Oblique twist:
Sit on the ground lean back at an angle, if you have a weight or something to hold to add weight, twist your torso from side to side, holding that sit and lean position!.
