That's cool, if you just decrease the fat you take in (such as any chocolate or products of that nature) and increase the cardiovascular work you do (running, cycling, swimming) then that will burn of any fat that covers the muscle!.

Also a low weight with more sets of high repetitions helps turn that bulky muscle into a very defined physiqueWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lower weight and much higher reps, burn off some of the surface fat and it will highlight the underlying muscle!.
