How much should I weight?!
Question:
How much should I weight?
I had seen many sites about how much klilograms someone can weight according to their age, gender, height but as I can see they give +/-10 kilograms which makes me frustrating, if I am less 10kg maybe I won't be alright or if I am plus 10kg I will be a fat so I do not really know what's a good weight for my height.
Anyways I am 163 centimeters tall, I weight 53 kilograms, female and I am 24 years old. Is that alright or I need to loose at last 3 kilograms and to be 50kg as I used to be before? Any tips on how much calories per day I should consume would be also appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, I checked your BMI, you are in the healthy range, and you should consume however many calories, but make sure that you go to the gym, at least once a week.
