Are there any health benefits or negatives from drinking fizzy water?
I enjoy the taste of carbonated water and would happily drink almost a bottle a day - but have heard conflicting opinions on whether it's good for you...does anyone have reliable information on this?

Yes as someone has already said - it has been shown to take calcium from your bones and as women we really need to keep our calcium.
Apparently all fizzy drinks do this - not just the water, so i think of all of them, the water would be the best!
I still have it myself though, and diet coke - no point worrying - these days so much research is done into everything, that something bad HAS to be found!
