I feel like I'm going to vomit while working my abs. Why?
I'm just doing normal crunches and those elbow to knee crunches (for your obliques). So why do I get the feeling that I'm going to vomit? And no, I did not recently eat, so that's not why. Is it a muscle thing? Is it because I hold in my stomach while I'm doing crunches (I heard that this helps shape your abs INWARD and not convex)?

Okay well my mum does alot of excerise.. like ALOT anyway she says if you push yourself to hard to quickly you make yourself ill or you will feel sick so take it easy do thinks at a slow pace if it still continues maybe you've had a bug or you could be doing the excerise movement wrong?
