im doing all the right stuff all the healthy stuff but its not happening much!. come on some one must have a few tricks!. BUT NO LECTURES about doing it to quick please!. thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No such thing as 'Quick weight loss' If you lose more than 2 pounds a week, it is unhealthy!.

If you want to drop fat quickly then cut out carbs and eat protein at every meal and drink plenty of water!. Also hit the gym and do High Intesity Interval Training (HiiT)!. You could also add a fat burner if you really wanted to!. Thats what I do when I go on a cutting phase after weight training and it works for me!.

I'm not going to lecture you, but!.!.!.!.!. if it comes off quick - it goes back on quicker!.
Healthy eating and plenty of exercise is all it takes!.
The only thing that ever worked for me long term was the Weight Watchers points system - I lost 3 stone on that six years ago and I go back on it when I think I am putting weight back on, and have kept it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My little trick is to drink a lot of water!.
Or you can also do a colon cleanse which will clean you out and help jump start your body!.
Also eat a lot of fiber!.
But there isnt really a quick way!.
Just stick to your diet or plan and be patient it the pounds will shed if you put your mind to it!.
