Question: Ok could someone please help me out - i just need some advice/ maybe some reassurance!? lol!?
so i'm 5'3, 110, 18, and female
i've struggled with an eating disorder for about 3 years now and right now i'm doing the best i've ever done!. this is the longest i've stayed out of the hospital for malnutrition which i guess is a good thing but anyway thats not the point !.!.!.

i'm just wondering how i ate today!? like was it too much, perfect for maintaining, or good for weight loss!?

breakfast -
low fat yogurt - 130 cal
granola bar - 120 cal

lunch -
baby carrots
apple
kashi granola bar with fiber and protein - 150 cal

snack -
latte ~ 140 cal

dinner -
roasted turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with sprouts, tomatoes, honey mustard, and a little avocado
soy milk
lemon bar

i had dinner with my treatment team so thats why it has a dessert and more fatteningish foods!.

snack -
possibly an apple, i don't know, i'm feeling kinda guilty already!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
