Stomach and butt flab? Running? and Eating Healthy?!


Question: Stomach and butt flab!? Running!? and Eating Healthy!?
Ok, so I'm 16 and I only weigh 105 pounds, so I'm not heavy set or anything!. I have a little bit of ab muscle but there is a little bit of flab on my stomach!. Any ideas on how to get rid of it fast!? Also, my butt is an okay size, but down where the leg meets the butt (butt ledge) it is flabby and i find it kinda gross!. Any ideas on how to get that tighter!? Oh, and I know running burns a lot of flab and stuff, but I just hate to run!.!. I mean I would love to be able to run for like atleast 10 minutes straight!.!. lol but I just can't!. I either get a cramp in my side or can't breath (i'm like so not in shape to run) So!.!.!. how do I get myself to where I can run longer and not feel like I'm dieing!?!?!? Also, I like to eat healthy, what are some good grab foods (like an apple, or something I can just pick up and go) that will help me out here!? Thanks :DDWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.

If your not physically fit enough to run but want on overall body workout that will tone your body and get rid of that excess
"flab" then I definately think you should try yoga or pilates!. Personally, Im more a fan of pilates!. Its a harder work out than tones and sculpts the entire body!. You can find out more info about pilates here:

You can get pilates on DVD which means you can do it from home (& on rainy days so no excuses!)!. I personally think windsor pilates is the best, but make sure you get the beginners lessons first as youll find anything else way to advanced! Trust me!

Also, you should drink plenty of water (at least 2L a day) and try to cut junk foods and fatty foods out of your life!. Fatty foods will only make the flab worse!Www@Answer-Health@Com
