Question: How do you like "Am I fat!?" questions!?
"I'm 5'5 and 140 lbs!. Somebody called me a fatzo!. Am I fat!?" "No, you're fine!."
"I'm 5'5 and 170 lbs!. Am I fat!? Cause I really think I am!." "No, you're fine, just a little overweight"
"I'm 5'4 and 130 lbs!. I think I'm muscular!. Do you think I'm fat!?"
Good god! Even if you're fat guess what it's not the end of the world!. Get over it and hit the gym!. Why do we need to lie to people like this and tell them they are not fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Questions like that annoy me as its attention seeking hun, if someone is morbidly obese then they would know and there Dr would be helping them!.
I annoys me because there are so many other things in the world that are far worse, ie i have a disabled 2 year old, she is blind, and has hormonal, learning, behaviourable problems and her condition can cause sudden death but instead of coming on here and moaning and seeking attention i get on with life to the best that i can and i try and change what "I" think needs to be changed in order for us to live a better life!.
At the end of the day they could be told they are fat we agree with them and they diet, but until they are ready to acknowledge it themselves then its all pointless, and if they had already acknowledged it then they wouldnt need to ask here but thats what attention seeking does unfortunately hun!.

they might not be fat!. one persons 5'5 170 could very different then anothers!. there are so many factors to take into account!. i dont think you can just say "OK, if your 5'5 and over 140, your fat" because its not that standard!.
