The six inch from Subway isn't enough and I don't wanna eat the footlong!


Question: The six inch from Subway isn't enough and I don't wanna eat the footlong!.!?
I always get this when i go to Subway:
6 inch on wheat
turkey
american cheese (I know i shouldn't)
lettuce
onions
tomatoes
pickles
lite mayo (i know i shouldn't)
honey mustard (i know i shouldn't)

regular sunchips (i know i shouldn't)

sugarless iced tea

But my problem is that it's not enough!. I'm 14 and im a boy and I rarely get full!. I hold myself back from eating anything else after i go to Subway, but it's almost torturous!.
A footlong with the exact same thing will fill me up, but I don't want to get it because of all the calories!.

Help!?

You're a growing boy, don't fret so much about the calories here!. You need SOME calories: caloric content is actually a measure of the energy you burn to move, eat, breathe, and so on!. When you take Physics you'll get to learn all about calories!.!.!. in fire and such!

Eat the footlong!. The caloric content is fairly balanced in Subway meals!. They tote that as their main draw!.!.!. I mean, they're considered healthy eating, all things considered! There is such a thing as a Subway Diet, for heaven's sake!.

So eat the footlong, and don't stress about the calories in the healthy food you're eating!. The short version is you are putting calories from good, nutritious content into your body (I see a lot of veggies there, and wheat!), as opposed to the same number of calories in pizza (fat and salt with *empty* carbs)!. If you're concerned about caloric intake, eat at Subway all you want and skip the pizza and other fast food!

What I think you should do is get the foot long one!. Eat it all and don't eat anything at night!. At night is the time that your body is going to convert it over to fat the most!. Mid day your still active so your body will burn it off more!. that is what I would do!. You could also cut back by not eating any chips or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you don't eat it!. If you really want to get in shape and have a nice body than you have to memorize these things!.

1!.NO FAST FOOD!!
2!. Do alot of exercise like push ups, sit ups!.!.!.!.!.
3!. When you feel hungry drink alot of water to fill you up
4!.NO sugary items
5!. Don't think about food keep yourself distracted with something else!.

get the foot long!. Or keep on eating!. But I want to say to do a lot of pushups and situps and weights!. Its not that easy, but you will also get in a real good shape and you will be eating pretty well!. You are growing, so really you should eat!. I can say that most of the things you eat will be used for your body maintenance, so you probably won't grow really fat or freakishly huge!.

Dude!.!.with all the extra condiments and whatnot that you put on the 6in, it adds up to be the same amount of cals that are in the footlong w/o the mayo,honey mustard, chips, cheese!. Whats the point in going to subway if your going to get all the unhealthy stuff!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest eat something every three hours that way you'll never be hungry again! Not just kidding, really if you eat small portions every three hours you wont be as hungry!. Don't forget to exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a footlong and just skip the cheese and mayo (their honey mustard is fat free)

You're doing it wrong, starving your self will not be something you can do long term and you're losing muscle mass and water NOT FAT, you have to eat three to four meals a day because you are still growing, good food, fruit and veg, stay away from processed food, and FAST FOOD!.

eat 2 cups of fruit each day:

a small apple or half of a large apple
a cup of applesauce
a large banana
about 32 seedless grapes
a medium grapefruit
a large orange
a large peach
a medium pear
3 medium plus
about 8 large strawberries
a 1" thick wedge of watermelon
1/2 cup of raisins


14 year old boys will need 2500 calories try not to exceed this and make sure that you try to keep fat to no more than 25-30% of your total caloric intake, regardless of how many grams that equals!. More importantly, the kind of fat you consume will make a huge difference in your health!. Avoid fats that have been converted from liquid into solid, like magarize!. These trans-fats are very damaging to your heart and arteries!. Natural is always best, real butter, or even better, olive oil!.

But the point is that if you starve your self on one subway meal a day your body will go into the famine phase and you will be storing fat and losing mucsle, not good for your body at all, so EAT that is what your supposed to do for your health and to maintain your body and mind I hope that I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
