How to recover after 5 mile run? i want to be rested enough to run again tomorro!


Question: How to recover after 5 mile run!? i want to be rested enough to run again tomorrow!!?
im 17, 5'4!.5'', and 126 pounds if that helps any!.
and today i ran 5 miles in all!.!.speed of 5!.5-6mph!. but i did walk at 3!.5-4mph for 1 mile through that just to cool down and rest for a bit during it!.

but im already sore!.!.i took two advil and have a big jug of water right now!. is there anything else i can do that could help me be rested enough so that i can run tomorrow!?
will i be able to!?

you're not going to do your self any good if you over run!. If you are in pain, wait!. Let your body be your guide!. You won't be able to build miles or speed if you push too hard, and you'll set yourself up for injuryWww@Answer-Health@Com
