It all depends on what kind of equipment you use!. Usually you'll want to include some kind of lunges and squats, and you can do these with dumbbells, barbells, cables, your body weight, etc!. Check out this link for a whole page of butt exercises and variations:

Easy - the squat! Reverse lunges are great but the squat is the ultimate exercise, right up there if not above the bench press and deadlift! Those are the big three!. But anyway, squatting is the best, and the best for test boosts to help build more muscle everywhere on your body overall!. Get to squatting, but make sure you use correct form!
