Question? Help???!

Question: Question!? Help!??!?
Ok, so I know that if you do cardio exercise for more than 40-45 mins at a time that you risk losing muscle instead of weight, however, what if I do 45 mins of cardio in the morning and 45 mins at night!? Is that still too much!? Will I lose muscle!? I also do stregnth training, I do 100-200 crunches, 20 pushups, 50 squats, and I use small dumbell weighs each nigh!. Thanks?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The 40-45 minutes of cardio are a guideline at best! If you are at 2-5 percent body fat you will start burning muscle long before the 40 minute mark! If someone is 90 percent blubber, they will burn fat for two hours, or until they drop of a heart attack! Your best bet is to join a gym, most have some sort of professional to help with weight loss, toning, what ever it is you need, without causing harm! Sorry but just thought you should know: Y/A has been running an ad with Hillary's picture one it!. Your pic looked good already, but when Hillary popped up, well you looked like a goddess in comparison!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Won't you try Pilates!? It is a wonderful way to tone and is rather fun to do!. Your local YMCA may have a class, or you can check a book out of the library!. The results are just wonderful!. Perhaps if you were to do your cardio one day, the strength training the next, and on the third day do Pilates!. I hope you have good luck as I've had with it!. Happy fitness! Oh, and remember to drink your water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post
a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

Feel free to drop by and leave me a question or comment!. I hope you will have the same results that I did!
