Negative calorie Foods!!!?!


Question: Negative calorie Foods!!!!?
I want to get from an Aussie size 11 to an 8-9!.!.!.!. Im 5'4 and weight 136 pounds!. Is this possible!?

How can I lose the weight quickly!? I was thinking of going on a negative calorie diet, what are some neg calorie foods!?

Also, I have an exercise bike and walk about 30mins each day!. I dont want to tone up or build muscle, I want to get thinner and slim down!.

WHAT CAN I DO!?!!?!!?

I'm going to tell you what I do!.!.!.because that'll probably help the best!. It works for me:)

this is what I eat!.!.!.and I used to hate eating veggies!.!.!.but now it tastes fine!. push yourself to eat more veggies and fruits, lots of protein, and low-fat foods for a week!.!.!.and you'll get used to it:) nuts, olive oil and this kind of diet is key to not bloating and feeling so skinny and it eventually shows!. you can eat any fruits and veggies btw!. take 2-a-day multivitamins!. this is just what i ate today:) email me if you have any questions!.


Breakfast
1 medium-sized Gala apple
1 wheat toast with little olive oil
2 egg whites

walked 10 min
Snack
Shelled walnuts(? cup)
20 Grapes

Exercise:
400 sit-ups
cardio training workout

After workout: 1 scoop whey protein w/ 8 oz skim milk

45 min walk
Lunch
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti w/ olive oil and garlic
18 baby carrots
1 stalk(large) celery
Black tea w/ spearmint
10 min walk
Snack
18 mini pretzels
Dinner
6 oz!. chicken breast
1 cup skim milk
6 leaves Boston lettuce

30 min walk

? scoop Casein protein before bed

sucking in your stomache is used to strengthen your abs, back, and straighten you up!. I did this in physical therapy because I always slouched and had back issues!. your muscles will get stronger and after a while you start losing fat in your stomacheWww@Answer-Health@Com

Here is a negative calorie food list!. It is important to work out though because every pound of muscle you build your metabolism will increase around 6%!. Walking and your exercise bike will help you build lean muscle and tone without bulking up though!. You should aim to move your walking up to one hour though!. One hour of a brisk walk burns around 100 calories!.

Vegetables

Fennel, aubergine, gourd, broccoli, leek, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, marrow, cauliflower, peppers, celery, radish, chicory, spinach, cress, tomato, cucumber, turnip!.

Fruits

Apricot, mandarin orange, blackberry, melon canteloupe, blackcurrant, peaches, clementines, plums, damsons, raspberry, grapefruit!. rhubarb, guava, strawberry, honeydew melon, tangerine, lemon, watermelon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all what is negative calorie food!? Everything has calories!. Water being the exception!. SO drink a glass of water on waking and one before each meal!. Have no sodas, and no junk food!. If you are big bread eater or you like your sweet coffees, cut those out too!. You'll be surprised what just that will do!. You should never loose more then 2lbs week tops!. Otherwise you'll just put it back on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
