Is this a good diet?!

Question:

Is this a good diet?

Ok, I have just made a diet plan for myself and I was wondering if it is considered healthy. I am 15 and weigh 220 pounds. I really wanna lose weight fast over this summer, without a crash/starvation diet, but I dont want to add stuff that'll make it longer to lose weight. So here is my diet:

Breakfast:
12 green grapes

Lunch:
Granny smith apple

Dinner:2 carrot sticks

Please note I wil l only be drinking water, no more soda or milk.

Yea people will probably say I need more than fruits and veggies, but I dunno what to include. Any suggestions I would love to hear. For excersize I do alot of different things. I ride my bike, walk my dog, do situps, get on my gazelle (not animal, excersize machine). So, how good of a diet is this, do you guys think I will be able to lose maybe 25-35 pounds with this diet if I stick with it, before late August? Also, would most people consider this a starvation diet? Thanks for all who read this, please give me comments or opionions.

Ok I have a new diet, see if this is good for you guys.

Breakfast:
12 grapes, 1 Yoplait Lite yogurt

Lunch:
Apple & 2 carrot sticks

Dinner:
turkey sandwich

Also, with this diet, when should I do my 90 min. of excersize? I will be riding an excersize bike for 90 min. Also, if this diet STILL is not a good enough diet, or if I should switch something around, please tell me, thanks to all you guys above for your comments and suggestions.

Answers:

You'll need more than that. A good one I think is

Breakfast- 12 grapes water and or yoplait yogurt get the light or fat free kind and eat this instead of the grapes.

Lunch- Salad no dressing, water and an apple.

Dinner- Some sort of REALLY lean meat (e.g. turkey or porkloin) and another salad no dressing and water.

Snack- If needed, celery or bell pepper these vegetabals are call burner veggies because it burns more calories actually chewing them than it does eating them and fills you up.

Excersise AT LEAST an hour and a half this is key and you want that hour to be cardio. Then add sit ups.

Good luck I use this diet and lost twenty pound in a few weeks. Water is key so drink lots of it especially while working out. Moderation moderation moderation. Good luck!
