OK first off, those are not healthy hips but MODEL hips who weigh about 96 pounds!. why you would WANT those hips I'm not sure!. And second of all your at a healthy weight now!!! why ruin it!. I really hope you change your mind because to get those hips you will have to starve yourself!. Please come up with a much healthier goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That pic is unrealistic-photoshopped to the max!. If you are 5'9" and 134, you are prolly too skinny already!. If that's you in the avatar, you ARE too skinny!. I can see way too much rib/collar bones!. I'm 5'9 too, and when I was 20 I weighed 125!. I look at those pics now and realize I looked sick-malnourished or something!. Don't worry so much about what the scale says!. Be healthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
