In my lifetime I must have tried every slimming pill going- the only pounds I lost were out my purse!
If any slimming pill worked without having to make an effort with diet/exercise everyone would be slim!.
I would save your money and use it to join a slimming club (where you will meet new friends), or buy something to help you exercise!.
I am sure the pills wont work-I have tried a few fat burning pills and they are all tosh!!

i have tried most slimming pills out there and i am sorry to say they dont work, and if people say they do they are just eating less cos its a pschological thing!. best way to loose weight is to eat less and move more!. just think if these pills worked they wouldn't be millions of our tax money used for obese people to have surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not as well as eating less and exercising more!. Don't look for a miracle cure!. It doesn't exist!. Spend the money you'd spend on the pills on going swimming, or a new pair of running shoes to jog in, or a fridge full of fruit and vegetables!.

Don't waste your money - slimming pills don't work - you have to eat less bad things and more good things!. Your stomach will shrink over time if you cut back and you won't feel hungry!. I think this is the only thing that makes a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
