i am a mom of two and since my second i have found that not only cardio but diet are the first adjustments!.!.!.
I am at the gym everyday and ran my first marathon in january!.!.i am in great shape!.!.but i do struggle with belly fat!!it is THE HARDEST thing to get rid of!especially after having children!
I have found that pilates classes work for me at the gym!.!.!.if you do not have a membership to a gym they sell videos and dvds for properly doing pilates!.!.!.
Pilates is basically ALL abdominals, without overdoing crunches and sit ups!.!.(that gets boting and if not properly done you can really hurt your back and strain your neck)!.!.!.
I was doing between 800-1000 variations of abdominals a day (my hubby told me i was obsessed!.!.) my abs and obliques were very strong!.!.!.my first day of pilates i was the best one in the class and i was actually thinking it was a waste of time because it seemed too easy!.!.!.!.the next day i was sore and i sneezed and was actually hurting!!it was amazing the results i was seeing in just 3 weeks of pilates 3 times a week!!My posture was so much better, standing taller, and i actually felt a bit more confident!. I am a firm believer of diet and excersize but PILATES is great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

We have had 3 kids and with each one my wife has progressively lost the belly faster!. her Secret is drinking tons of water!. Tons of water!. Really tons of water!. alot of your left over baby fat is actually water that your body is storing!. as you give your body more and more water, your body will realize it needs to store less and less because you are now supplying it with enough water to let it go!. With our first it took a year to bounce back (No extra water) with our second it took about 6 months (about 6 cups a day for the last trimester and 6 months after birth) for the third she was back to thin and better than before within 8 weeks (at least 2 liters a day for the last trimester and 8 weeks after birth)!. hope it comes off for you too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try ordering a Tae bo or hip hop abs workout and work your entire body!. That is the only way to lose belly fat!. Crunches alone wont work and try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and cut the carbs like rice,bread, pasta!. Also my mothe told me she tried slim fast (using water intead of milk) with her meals and she lost a lot of weight!. be careful with diet pills becouse they can affect your heart!. The old fashion way is best becouse you are toning your muscles!. Drink plenty of water and cut the sugar drinks like soda!. look for juices that say 100% natural juice like Northland and always eat a healthy breakfast!. aerobic exercise, u know like dancing and stuff!. turn music on and dance for a hour a day!.its great and easy!. dont do crunches untill u start losing weight because it will just build muscle under your fat which will make u look even bigger!. def danceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do crunches on a stability ball and mix in some cardio!. That really works!. Do reverse crunches too!. Instead of lifting your head up and down, you lift your legs up and down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do sit ups every day and if you have comcast go to onDemand and go to the fitness section and do different exercises or yoga!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
