No, it is not necessary, but very helpful!. To get the proper amount of vitamins in your daily diet is very difficult!. One thing that really works against up is the age of foods!. We never really eat fresh foods anymore(at least in the US) Fresh foods and organic foods are much better for you(but who the hell can afford all that organic stuff) It's good to get a varied diet, but it's better to supplement that with a daily vitamin also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
