Anything under 1200 cals per day for a woman and 1500 per day for a man causes the bidy to do into starvation mode and begin consuming its owm muscle tissue!. It will consume fat last, as it believes it is living through a famine!. Your body will even begin to consume its essential organs if you continue with a diet like this, including your brain!. Many anorexics eat around 800 cals per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There isn't one!. You will ruin your metabolic rate by going for such a low calorie diet and as soon as you stop the weight will go on and possibly more!.
Best thing for you to do is bulk up on vegetables (not potatoes) and fruit (not fruit juices) so that you have a full feeling!.

well your body needs around 1200 just to function normally - so a 500 cal a day - be able to breathe maybe, pass a small 'trump' lol sorry but seriously don't do it your breath will stink of poo, your hair will fall out and look dull, your skin well my god it will be dry and scabby, if you want to be slim eat healthily and exercise - don't starve!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was tryin to do almost the same thing bu at 800 but with 500 u cant really eat anything and if u do then u better plan on only drinking water but u will not loose weight healthy because the food you do eat your body is going to hold on too because it doesn't know the next time your going to eatWww@Answer-Health@Com

It would be anorexia!. There is no way you could live a healthy life on 500 calories a day!. That's basically a big bowl of cereal or a sub sandwich!. You need at LEAST 1000 calories a day, and that's for a woman wanting to lose a substantial amount of weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

But it'd be like!.!. 2 slices of ham, a bag of salad, about 5 rice cakes, and 300mls of clear vegetable broth!.

It would involve no proper meals!. It would be like a cereal bar for breakfast, a small salad and piece of chicken for dinner, and maybe a couple of steamed veg for tea!. You wouldn't get much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
