I don't think it is healthy at all.

It is better to eat the whole fruit and before your meal so that all the vitamins and minerals from the fruits are digested and absorbed into your body.

It is known that fruits after meal, especially a heavy one, means the fruit is last to be digested and it lays rotting in the stomach until it gets digested.

A whole fruit includes the fibre as well as the fructose. A freshly squeezed one is just fructose.
