I think that the issue with expired vitamins is mainly a loss of potency and not severe toxicity!. And in your case, the vitamins were a little more than a year overdue; it's not like they were sitting around for a decade!. Did they look bad!? Did they smell bad!? Did they taste bad!? If not, it's hard for me to believe that they would have been so toxic as to cause all those symptoms!. I definitely think that expired vitamins should be discarded!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My guess is they are probably ok but eventually they will lose potency!. Many vitamins don't do what they are supposed to anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I doubt you will get sick but it is most likely that they are not doing what you want to them do!. I would throw them out, they aren't going to help your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
