Trouble Gaining a Chest?!


Question: Trouble Gaining a Chest!?
I am 19, 5'10 and 158 pounds and my chest is not developed!.
My current exercise plan is: 4 sets of dumbbell press-25lbs and 30lbs,3 sets of lunges-15 reps each,4 sets of stairs push ups with head going down-32 for 1 stair and 27 for 2 stairs!. What should i do to get ripped chest!? I am trying to get a bench soon also!. Please help and thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need a higher time under tension in your chest exercises!. How many reps are you doing in your press sets!? If you want to build size make sure you keep the reps from 8 up to 12 or 15 per set!.

Also, you're going to have to lift heavier!. If 30lb dumbbells are all you can do, then that's fine but you must try to progress eventually!. Also, add some isolation exercises like dumbbell flys and dips to increase strain on the muscle!.

Remember, no one ever got a ripped chest doing 4 sets of dumbell presses!. You have to put in the time and work out around 4 hours per week (not all on chest of course) and you'll see gradual results!. I recommend not only looking in the mirror often, but taking pictures of yourself every week and measuring your arms, legs and chest circumfrance to chart progressWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am in the same boat!. My chest is my weakness!. but keep in mind, it takes years to know your weak bodyparts and your strong bodyparts!. the workout you are doing is not a workout that will produce muscle!. it might give you stamina!. but you should focus more on strength, lower volume, diet, and make sure you train your whole body!.
i would tell you to go to a gym, start decline benching (no incline, or flat!.!. those work the shoulders more), and work on the rest of your body!. pectoral strength is a factor of pecs, delts, and triceps!.!.!. so you have to work on all three of them to increase size and strength!.
and to get a ripped chest, you have to build muscle first, then you have to diet down and burn fat off of your body as a whole!. when you get down to 5% fat, you will have a striated chest!. but that will take years and years!. there are no easy or fast ways out of it!.

The big thing to remember is that since your chest muscles are large muscles, they will take more time to develop!. What worked for me was to start with flat bench dumbells(4 sets), incline bench barbell/dumbell(4sets), incline bench flyes(4sets) and weighted dips(4sets)!. Just stick with it, and as long you notice you're getting alittle bit stronger each time you do chest, don't worry about it!. It'll show up eventually!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

75 % of your chest measrement is in your back!. you have to train chest with your back as one unit to make alot of progress!. Do a pullover movement also!. Stay intense!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why is it so important to have a ripped chest!?
Don't overexercise and hurt yourself!.
