What are your diet plans?
what diet are you on at the moment? is it working for you? etc? details please! what's your exercise program?
Answers:
I've cut out diet sodas, I drink only water and tea, juices contain too much sugar. I watch calories, yogurt and a cereal bar for breakfast, salad for lunch and a small sandwich with pretzels for dinner. I don't exercise much but I've been losing still. I go for a walk everyday after lunch at work, just about 15 minutes with another co-worker.
I've lost about 12 lbs in the past month, I could have done better but stress takes it's toll on a diet. Also with the heat I've been avoiding being outside for extended periods of time. But I do situps and crunches, etc. at home before work and before bed.
