Question: Fast ways to burn calories!!!?
Apart from jogging and swimming what other ways can i burn fat!?!? Somebody suggest a daily workout with varyies!?!? ANYTHING to lose cals!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight you have to try to reduce the simple carbohydrates you consume every day and even cut them out of your diet!. Simple carbs include
bread

spaghetti

Table sugar


Cakes

Biscuits - plain

Jam

Chocolate

Fudge

Candy

Toffee

Gums

Boiled sweets

Mint Sweets

Liquorice

Honey

Soft drinks

Tinned fruits

Chutney

Pickle

Puddlings - some

After you have successfully rid your body of those you have to work on gaining muscle!.
Going to the gym and jogging for a couple of minutes will do ABSOLUTELY NO HELP to your fat!.
You have to do weightlifting, not till you bulge like a watermelon, but so that your body is toned!. After that jogging and other simpler workouts will help since the muscles youve gained consume alot of calories while doing even simple tasks!.
You have to keep in mind though that when working out you only lose your FAT DEPOSITS AFtER YOU HAVE WASTED ALL OF THE CALORIES YOU HAVE CONSUMED THAT DAY!.
You will know when that happens because you will start to feel faint!. at that moment DO NOT STOP WORKING OUT!.
You have to take a little 5-10 minute break(during that break dont eat but drink alot of water) then go back to your workout but at a slower pace!. That will help you lose alot of weight through time!.

Also i know alot of people who have stopped eating and it doesnt work so dont try it because if you stop eating for awhile, when you start to eat again you become way fatter!.

Don't listen to the first guy!. Cutting out carbs is very unhealthy!. Your body needs it to metabolize, and why would you want to stop the metabolization process!? So don't do that!.

I suggest you get Dance Dance Revolution for Playstation 2!. (Video Game) There is no jogging/ running and it has a workout mode!. Plus it's fun!.
You could also get an eliptical trainer thing!.

If you don't want to spend money or go out running, that's really all the suggestions I have, because aerobic exercise is the fastest and best way to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um, what the first guy said and then also my father lost 70 pounds last year doing the complex carb diet!. You should look it up!. Its called the mcdougal diet i believe!. Also, moderate exercise will help balance you out as well!. Eat more often with smaller portions!. Seriously, look up the mcdougal diet!. It works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aerobics is good, you can start off low impact and work your way up to a higher impact level!. You can do aerobics in the morning and yoga at night!. Maybe get a few different dvd's or something, so you can switch your workout up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
