help! i have spent the bigger part of the last two years or so being pregnant!.!.!.now i'm done and i need to loose a few lbs!.!.!.but i don't want to loose these beautiful boobs i now have! i never had any till giving birth, my youngest is now almost 1 and i'm ready to shed some of this prego bagage!.!.!.but still want to keep the ****! lol, i know it's funny, laugh, but really!.!.!.anyone have any good at home exercise/weight lose ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
