To gain or not to gain????!

Question: To gain or not to gain!?!?!?!?
Hey, I've always been overweight and about 3years ago I started taking care of myself by being more active and eating smaller portions!. Up until now I've lost (and mentained) 18kg! Im 5'4 and weight 104!. I was always very confident about my body and became even more confident as I lost weight and the compliments strated rolling in!. My now fiance met me when I was a still a bit bigger and always commented on my old "big" photos!. When I asked him one day if I should lose some weight he said yes! He made me feel so fat always commenting on other girls who have more or less the same body shape, their fat or that he likes tall skinny girl!. I became so obsessed with being thin!. He actually wants me to gain some weight now, but I've become so scared of being fat, that its difficult for me!!! Im very atletic built (think Britney legs!!!) but still feel too big!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is more important that you are getting proper amounts of nutrition every day, and to keep your weight stable at a comfortable level!. Underweight poses just as many health risks as being overweight!. He wanted to get you to lose weight because he cares for you and wants to be with you for a long time!. It is wrong however to compare you to other girls, let alone comment about them to you!. Maybe you should try talking to him to let you know how you feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
