Question: Im having trouble losing weight any suggestions!?
Im 5'2 145lbs!. I have a thick athletic shaped body!. I work out 4-5 days a week and I am finding my weight to stay stagnent and Im not losing anything!. Can anyone help or suggest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do aerobic exercises because you lose fat as carbon dioxide, which means you breathe it out, aerobic literally means "with air" so any exercises that get you breathing hard!.
Also if your problem is overeating, try drinking lots of water, so much that you almost feel sick, that way you can't eat because you're too full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am going through the same thing myself right now and actually posted this same question, cause I recently started walking a lot, like I am walking 2-3 x a day and eating good and my weight isn't doing anything!. Have you started to lose any weight and then it just plateued, also how long have you been working out for!. If you've been working out for a while u might need to up it a bit and add more to your workout your body could've gotten use to it!. However, if this is all a new thing your doing ot lose weight then I think it just takes time for whatever reason!. Someone gave me the actual physiology on it but I will tell you this I know someone who was dieting and exercising for 6 full weeks befoer ever losing a pound and once they lost that first pound the weight just started coming off!. So just keep up what your doing and it will pay off!. Also muscle weighs more then fat so go more by how your clothes fit then the scale!. :D
Oh yeah another tip, I was told to take your body weight in pounds and divide it in half and drink that many ounces of water per day!. So you would drink 72 ounces of water a day, thats a lot I know but hey if it works :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can lose a pound by jogging in front of your television for 30 minutes!. If you eat healthy and exercise you will be fine!. Your average weight should be about 120-140!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat smaller portions, but eat more often!. It changes up your metabolism!. Also, try going to a sauna and sweating some of it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
