Question: Has anyone used slendertone products!.!?
i've got a slendertone belt that i have been using on and off, i haven't really been consistent but i heard it works after about 4 weeks, does anyone know how long it is before you actually see the results!. has anyone used the shorts before, i wanna get a pair!. i just want to know if it is effective basically!?

Yes , have got both, they are the only things ive had that actually work!.I couldnt believe it!. The shorts feel a bit wierd at first, but you soon get used to them!. I try to use them twice a day if ican!. You can usually see results in 3-4 weeks depending on your size!. There are 3 of us at work got them at the same time, 2 of us were using every day determined to get toned up, which we are!. 1 of us was hit and miss and looks exactly the same and is still moaning about her shape! Really, you got to keep doing it, doesnt matter if you miss the odd day or two or even a week, but keep doing it!. It gives you a boost when you actually see your body toned up and your clothes fitting better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
When I purchased this it actually got me off the couch and got me to work out, because I did NOT want my money going to waste!. I hope you will have the same results that I did!.

had some success with it but the minute you leave it off your back to square one plus!. I had one really funny incident when I put the electrodes on both arms to tone them and turned the machine on!. It sent spasms through my arms and I couldn't reach the controls to turn it back off!. Fortunately my daughter was at home and heard my cries for help!. She still giggle when she thinks about my impression of a demented penguin!Www@Answer-Health@Com
