hi! i have the same problem:S i really hate it because it's so difficult! i have no motivation either!. can i give you only some suggestions!.!.!.for example you can hang up your bikini or beautiful jeans which are too tight!. you see it and you think: go on! it helps a bit, i had try it:) you can go jogging or go by ride!.!.!.!.do you eat healthy!?
when i try it, i get it for 2 or 3 days, but than i break down!. i have no motivation! if you want, we can make it together and find a solution:) then we discuss our progress or something like that!. perhaps it can help us to lose a bit weight and so we aren't alone:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I watched a great Oprah episode, and she had a weight-loss expert on who said that instead of telling yourself "I want to lose weight," frame it in a positive sense!. Say: "I want to be healthier" or "I want to eat smaller portions and be good to my body!." In thinking about what we're gaining, rather than what we're losing, we make it a positive step forward and it's easier to achieve our goals!. Also, start with small steps!. I stay thin by keeping ZERO junk food around!. Just don't allow it in your body!.
I also set aside one hour per day for exercise but do AT LEAST 30 min of cardio if you are feeling off that day!.
If I get the urge to snack, I drink a huge glass of water instead and that kinda fills me up!.
Another good thing I do in my diet is basically stay away from any food that is colored white like breads!.
Also don't drink your calories!. Drink a lot of water and flavor it with Crystal light or lemon if you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
