Question: Weight Loss!.!. is this reasonable!?
Turning 21 and I want to loose a couple pounds!. I am 109 right now and 5'1" and would like to be around 100!. I have until May 27 to get there!. I eat very well, in small meals throught the day and drink plenty of water!. I just need a variety of workout ideas!.
