Question: I just started working out my arms with dumbells!. How long before I can excpect to see results!?
I am working out 2-3 times a week and doing reps!. I know it will take a while to develp some muscles but I'm eager to see even a little bit of tone in my arms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Six weeks is the norm to see physical improvement in any fitness program!. With weights you need to work every other day and give your muscles a chance to recover!. Low rebs, High weight count will produce better quality muscles!. You can also make sure you are uping your protein to help support your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends what sort of arms you have!. If they are quite thin, within two to three weeks!. If bigger a little longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
