I know you can't spot reduce!. So if I stay under 1700 calories a day, and have lots of protein (no more than 60 grams bcuz my doc said no one should have more than 60 grams of protein per day!.)!. For my workout, I'll do 200 sit ups a day, and100 leg lifts EVERYDAY!. And I do a 45 minute cardio workout 3 times a week, with a 30 minute walk 3 times a week, how long will it take me to get abs like those (the second pic I posted!.)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body is already good if your srs bout it ull do 2 30 mins cardio exercises 5 times a week and do the ab workout 3 times a week and stay eatinh healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
Eat a healthy diet, do 30 min of cardiovascular exercise a day, and do abdominal exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
probably less than 1month but you need to vary what you do!. so increase the reps by 50 every day or something!. and do other stuff like press ups and chin ups!. and do 2000sits ups instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some of it depends on your particular body type!. Some people are able to gets lots of muscle definition while others are not!.
Also, remember that you should always allow a day between strength training to allow your muscles to heal!. So, do your situps workout everyother day, then do either your cardio or walking the other days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
