Question: Can I lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks!?
I'm 5'10!.!.!. 195 lbs and I would love to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks!.!.!. More specifically by May 31st!. Is this at all possible!? Best way for this to happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

20 lbs is pretty dramatic!. You can safely loose 1-2 lbs per week without severely starving yourself or put yourself on all kinds of supplements that are out there!.
Best way is to start watching what you eat and do plenty of exercise!. Nothing beats exercise so be active!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it would be very very hard and unhealthy but yes u can loose the weight i would sugest only loosing 12 lbs so 2 lbs a week but still that is a bit unhealthy the best way to loose weight is 1!.5 lbs a week

Losing 2 pounds a week is the ideal you can do it!. This is also my goal!. YES!.!.!.i have a wedding to go to may24th and im trying the same thing and only worked out hard 3 days and lost 2 pounds, Drink lots of water and commit to going to the gym 4-5 times a week and dont cheat yourself actually work out very hard but dont over do to where you cant even move!.!.!.!.!.Good Luck You can Do It!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
hi, yer it is possible!. On average it works out at about 3lbs (and abit more) per week!. Healthy eating and exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week should do it!. Remember though everybody is different and some people lose weight slower than others!. If you have a bad week dont let it put you off!. Exersise lots, but don't over do it!.!.just moving(doesn't need to be strenuous) burns calories!. To loose weight you must burn more calories than you take in!.

Don't sit down at your pc or watch tv for more than 30 mins without getting up for 10-15 and moving about!. just walk around!.!.!.do some jumping jacks, stretch!.
Drink 5-10 8 ounce glasses of ICE water!. The hitch there is the ice, in an 8 ounce glass of ICE WATER your body must burn 17!.5 calories to warm the water to your body tempature!. Try to drink Ice water in place of other drinks or luke warm water!.
Lots of water
Stretch in the morning and evening before you go to bed
Get 60 minutes of exersise(doesn't need to be strenuious) each day
Do NOT eat these foods or drinks
Try to stay as far away from bread as possible!.!.a little is okay
Energy drinks
Drinks with sugar in them
Regular soda
sweets(ice cream,candy,cake,)
A portion of food is the size of YOUR fist!. make a fist and mesure that amount of the food your eating!. Thats a good portion size for you!.
Don't eat after 7 pm( If you have to try not to make it alot)
And most of all just have fun!. Whenever your moving!. no matter how small or short you are burning calories :D
