Question: Losing 2-3 lbs per week or higher!?
Im 5'1 feet and 8!.6 stones and im 16 years old!. I may sound skinny but Im not!

makes your meals healthier and a lot samller, but more frequent!. this way, the body isnt digested loads at once and making you put on weight!. play sports, swim, gymnastics etc etc for exercise twice a day for 30 or so minutes!. this should help you lose 2 or 3 pounds a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
