Get on a balanced diet, get up every hour at work & walk around. If your not able to go to the gym, it's difficult to reduce size since you have to burn off fat...you will have to drastically cut your calories, but too much will only result in depleted glucose levels & you will end up binging. Hate to say it, but with the restrictions you have, you need to spend the money on a nutrition consultation. Check local (not corporate) gyms & ask about nutrition coaching. Their goal is to work with what you got, & mold the perfect diet for you with constent monitoring. Your work schedule can't be so tight that at the end of the day you can't go for a short walk. The difference b/w the people who look the way they want to look & those that don't is that those that do make the time...no one just has "extra" time, they just find a way. Do you have kids? Playing tag with them or outside games can be great, fun exercise!! Take a multi-vitamin, drink at least 6 water bottles a day, no alcohol, certainly no wine or beer (sugar & excess "bad" carbs), eliminate ALL fast food, or any drinks with calories (soda, juice, energy drinks), switch to artificial sweeteners, eat 5 small meals a day amounting to no more then 300 per meal. Apples, granola bars, carrots, a SERVING of wheat thins can all be great snacks. Eat protein, carbs, & small amount of healthy fat each meals. Low fat doesn't always mean low calories! Meal replacement bars are not such a great idea, a lot of them have a lot of sugar, or no carbs, etc. Stick to tradional foods, like oatmeal, egg whites, turkey wraps on wheat totilla with baby spinache & tomatoes with a little low fat miracle whip, berries are great, too! Good luck!
