Question: Help!. Teen weightloss!?
okay, well i am 14 years old and i weight 76kilograms and am 166cm tall!. I am overweihgt and want to do something about it!. Everytime i try and do healthy eating, i always end up eating junkfood!. I can't even last a day!. It's becoming a real problem and i want to do something about it!. I just can't stop eating junk food and everytime that i decide not to go on a diet, just to eat healthy I always eat the junk!. PLEASE help me!. I really need some advice and ideas!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

look at the junkfood and ask yourself why you want it and what wil come of it if you eat it!. wear a elastic band and snap it if you think of junkfood or you could give yourself a controlled amount of junkfood!. it is better to realise you want the food than to reject it completely!. do pilates, go bikeriding, just add a whole lot of thinks for a fun excercise regime!. talk to your folks about the amount of junk being bought and replace it with yummy fruits and healthy foods
