I lost a pound but im on my period?!
Question: I lost a pound but im on my period!?
i went on the scale today and it said that i lost a pound but im on my period!. and i heard that can gain weight!. does it really!? so if i wasnt on my period it would have said 2 pounds!? also i have been on this chnage of lifetsyle/diet for a month and a hlaf to 2 months and lost 10 pounds so far!. is there any tips anyone has or anything please help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's quite common for women to gain water weight just before their period (it's one of the many PMS symptoms)!. If/when this happens, the excess water is usually shed the first few days of the period!.
If you're trying to lose weight, depending on how much you weigh now, it may be easy or difficult!. The more you weigh, typically, the easier it is to lose weight with little effort!. Yeah, the majority of women gain weight, while on their period (( Water Weight))!. The only tip I can give you, is to drink green or white tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
