and all I wanna do is EAT! when i was smoking, eating was the last thing on my mind!.!.!.!.I'm 89 pounds right now and i'm 5'3'' and I don't want to gain anymore weight!.!.!.!.
I gave into my cravings yesterday and I felt horrible afterwards!.!.

I gave up smoking about 18 months ago, as someone mentioned below about chewing gum, that is the best remedy to keep off food!.
Another way is to eat/drink certain things that boost your natural sugar requirement e!.g grapefruit juice/grapefruit slices stops you from being hungry and at the same time is 100% your natural sugar resource!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you just need something else to occupy your mind-take up walking!. i ate fruit-especially things like oranges cuz theyre bitter and they made me forget all about smoking!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i quit four months ago,and i agree the urge to snack all day is over-whelming,but i simply dont do it,i eat well snack on fresh fruit,or use chewing gum,in fact i have lost 7lbs just by being conscious of everything i eat,you dont have to gain weight when you stop smoking if you are careful,good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.
Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.
Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.
