no, gaining bigger muscles means you need to be exercising hard enough (sprinting will do it bt jogging wont) creating mini tears in the muscles, the usual slight jumping on a trampoline will not make your leg muscles a lot bigger, maybe over the long term with diet and exercise will make them more definedWww@Answer-Health@Com
