Question: I need a full workout plan to get rid of ab fat and to get my fat percentage down to 10 percent!?
and a diet plan im currently in 7th grade and their arent many things to eat at the school or should i just eat salads fruits and water every school day!. and im outside b4 lunch soo should i run play soccer or football or wat!.
for example like how long should i run on a treadmill!.

start with the water drinking method, that helps a lot, and try walking and jogging if you want, shouldn't need to burn too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I know you do not want to hear this, but you are still a little young to do this!.!.!. Meaning, you are just starting puberty, so any dramatic weight loss will have a longterm effect on your final height, bone density, and settling testosterone levels!.!.!. Meaning, if you are OK with being short forever, then proceed!.!. Otherwise, you might want to wait a little longer!.!.!.
For now, just try to maintain a good weight!. When you reach your final growth spirt, which should happen in about 1 to 3 years, then you can start the big training!.!.!.
