i'm going to italy in just over a month, i really need to loose some wieght before i go, does anyone know any good diets and exercise plans that will help me loose quite a bit of wieght before i go!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to do a mixture of things!. Like for breakfast or a snack, I'll have a SlimFast shake- the French Vanilla is So good! Don't eat after a certain time- like 7 or 8pm!. No soda, of course!. Drink lots of water- this makes a world of difference when losing weight! Go on walks!. Increase fruits and veggies!. I like to make big salads: dark greens, oil/vinegar, sunflower seeds, egg, craisins/mandarin oranges, chicken!. Tuna salad is a good snack on wheat thins!. Cottage cheese is good, and if you're like super hungry but past 1200/1500 calories a day, eat a boiled egg (takes more calories to burn it than are in it)!.
